Gentle Bee Honey is always raw, unfiltered, non- Pasteurized honey produced locally in the beautiful pastoral rural lands near East Aurora. Our bees are sited away from heavy agricultural areas to minimize the possibility of exposure to pesticides so both our consumers and our bees stay as healthy as possible. Many of our customers refuse to consume any other honey once they have had the opportunity to sample Gentle Bee Honey 🍯. We feel it is “Honey the way the bees like it”!
