Description
Komatsuna greens, also known as Japanese mustard spinach, are fast-growing, nutritious leafy green vegetables native to Japan.
They taste mild and slightly sweet, with a gentle, peppery mustard finish that is much softer and less pungent than standard Western mustard greens.
