Edible pansy flowers

Description

Pansies have a mild, lettuce-like flavour and are entirely edible. The flowers have a crisp texture, with an added wintergreen scent and a light mint edge. Likewise, the edible flowers have also been said to hold a vegetable taste with a light mint undertone.
