Our own milled flour is coming soon, but we wanted to give people a head start getting used to baking with whole ancient grains. This flour is a blend I made to help people easily use a 1-1 ratio from their recipes, and simultaneously get whole ancient grains into their diet. This is a great option for people learning how to work with whole grains. This is the largest quantity of All-Purpose Spelt available.
