Smith Hillside Farms, located in Cattaraugus NY is a first generation farm built on tradition. We produce farm-ftesh eggs from seasonally rotational grazed chickens, which roam freely on the hillside and forage on grass, bugs, and vegetation, giving our eggs rich, deep-orange yolks. We prioritize regenerative farming practices, nurturing both our woods and fields for a sustainable future.
